The Everson Museum of Art is thrilled to welcome Syracuse-native Elizabeth Sutphen to the Hosmer Auditorium Stage. “Impressive coloratura soprano” (The New York Times) Elizabeth Sutphen has garnered praise for her sparkling voice and her ability to “soar deftly through stratospheric trills and arpeggios” (Financial Times). In conjunction with Making American Artists: Stories from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, 1776-1976, Elizabeth too, will tell American stories through her operatic performance.
