Join Tom Dwyer, a Central New York based, award winning nature photographer and noted nature photography workshop leader for this virtual photography workshop that will highlight the benefits of taking advantage of photographic opportunities close to home. Explore the impact of our knowledge of weather, geography, design, and light and how our backyard provides ideal opportunities to master these skills. Each participant will be encouraged to create a photograph in our backyard and submit for constructive review. Additionally, participants will be able to receive Tom’s free Pocket Notebook (designed for use in planning your photographs) and a free subscription to f/8 insights, a practical source of information related to landscape/nature photography. No special equipment is needed to enjoy this virtual workshop. Use whatever equipment you have from a digital single lens reflex camera or smartphone.
