Brought to you in collaboration with The Zen Center of Syracuse, Rev. Sherry Chayat, a Zen Master and writer on the arts, will lead us in a period of silent meditation, following the breath as it flows from moment to moment, letting us enter into a relaxed state of awareness and discovery. Inspired by the Everson’s current exhibition The Floating Bridge, this practice will focus on accessing our own creativity, being present, and letting go of our fears.
