SAORI WEAVING

SAORI is a Japanese art of hand weaving that places more emphasis on creativity and free expression than technical skills. There are no rules or samples to follow, and no mistakes -only possibilities! Learn the basics and rhythm of the loom with gentle guidance. The looms will be set up and ready for students to begin weaving after a brief introduction and demonstration. Students will take home the cloth they weave! Materials and equipment provided for you.
